 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We honestly cannot speak highly enough of Crystal Suite and especially Hassan and Waqar. From the very beginning, the boys were incredible and genuinely took care of us throughout the entire process.

They explained everything so clearly, were always reachable whenever we needed them, and made sure they were on site throughout our event. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and they really catered to our personal needs rather than making us feel like just another booking.

Their knowledge of the wedding industry is second to none. They helped guide us throughout the planning process, recommended suppliers and used their experience to make sure everything came together perfectly.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The decor was customised specifically for us and our theme, and when we walked in on the day it genuinely looked incredible. Even now, our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful the venue was and how smoothly the entire wedding ran, Mashallah.

One thing we absolutely loved about Crystal Suite, and something that really separates it from a lot of other wedding venues, is that when you book your event, the venue is yours. You are not sharing a restaurant with other customers or dealing with several different weddings taking place across multiple halls at the same time. It made the whole day feel so much more private, personal and special.

The venue is also really easy to access, which made things straightforward for our guests.

And the food… genuinely 10/10.

Everything was fresh, full of flavour and our guests absolutely loved it. The canapés were amazing, the main food was incredible and we received so many compliments throughout the night.

Most importantly, the entire event ran so smoothly. As a bride and groom, you have a million things going through your mind on your wedding day, but Hassan and Waqar made us feel completely looked after. We were able to enjoy our day knowing that they had everything under control behind the scenes.

Even after the wedding, we have still been able to reach out to the boys and they have continued to be just as helpful, which says everything about the level of service they provide.

Our guests are still talking about the beauty of Crystal Suite, the food, the decor and just how well organised everything was. Alhamdulillah, we genuinely could not have asked for a better venue or a better team to trust with one of the biggest days of our lives.

Hassan and Waqar properly took care of us from start to finish.

Best venue ever, Mashallah. We would recommend Crystal Suite without hesitation to anyone planning their wedding. 10/10 for the venue, food, service and the people behind it. An unforgettable experience.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I attended an afternoon wedding at Crystal Sweet in Manchester, and overall, it was a really good experience.
The hall was lovely, with a spacious and impressive entrance, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The food was great, and the service throughout the event was excellent.
However, unfortunately, things didn’t end on the best note. Towards the end of the event, there was an issue involving my family and the leftover food, which was not handled in the best manner. I personally felt that this was unnecessary and didn’t reflect the otherwise excellent experience we had throughout the day.
I would also like to sincerely apologise to the manager and kitchen staff if our actions caused any inconvenience or discomfort. That was certainly not our intention, and we appreciate their patience and professionalism.
Apart from this incident, we genuinely enjoyed the venue, food and service.
I would definitely recommend Crystal Sweet to anyone looking for a nice wedding venue in Manchester.

The atmosphere, cleanliness, food and service were all excellent, and I would happily recommend it to friends and family.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a wonderful evening we had on Friday evening, 11th September 2026 celebrating our Church’s 60th Anniversary Gala Dinner at Crystal Suite Longsight!

Firstly, the venue is absolutely beautiful and was a perfect setting for such a special milestone. From the very beginning, the Manager, Hassan, was very accommodating, flexible and understanding with all our requirements and requests. He also assured us that our guests would not be disappointed on the night and he wasn't wrong! He obviously knew he could deliver and could deliver well ! Days before the event we made changes and again our requests were granted with ease.

The food was absolutely superb, plentiful and full of flavour. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed it! The drinks were also of very good quality and the staff worked incredibly hard throughout the evening, making sure that food was always on the tables and drinks were always flowing.

I really have to commend the Event Manager, who was absolutely on point throughout the evening. Everything was handled so professionally and efficiently, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special celebration knowing we were in good hands.

A very special thank you also goes to Waqar, also the Manager, who looked after us whilst setting up and throughout the evening.  Nothing was too much trouble and even our very last-minute requests (and there were quite a few!) were happily accommodated, within minutes, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much Waqar.

And of course, a special mention to the lovely lady who cut our anniversary cake for us 😊🎂 — thank you to you and the team for doing such an excellent job and helping to make the evening even more special!

We truly appreciated the effort that the whole Crystal Suite team put into making our evening a success. Their
professionalism, attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

Celebrating 60 years of our church was a very special occasion for us, and we wanted everything to be just right. Crystal Suite Longsight certainly helped us achieve that.

If you are looking for a special venue for a special occasion, in fact a venue for any occasion.....Crystal Suite, Manchester is a must because you won't be disappointed.
